The Naples New Horizons Band offers three types of ensembles for your musical experience and enjoyment. The Concert Band of 50-60 pieces is our original ensemble. Our All-Instrument Jazz Band is open to all instruments and plays traditional dance band style jazz pieces. Finally, Small Ensembles like trios, quartets, and quintets meet work on repertoire specific to each group.

The Associated Chamber Music Players (ACMP) awarded a grant to the
Naples New Horizons Band
enabling it to offer a 4-session
workshop for Flute Choir,
Clarinet Choir, and Brass Choir..
It's WINTER in Naples. The roads are busy and the whole city seems energized and our calendars are full!
John Salminen, our music director, is guiding us through challenging music for the final two concerts of our 2025/26 season.
Rehearsals are Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 in the comfortable Vineyards Community Park. Concert band is followed by the jazz band. Our band meets mid-October through mid-April. And for those living in the Naples area 'year round', we rehearse bi-weekly May to August.
